Amorino is a charming ice cream shop nestled in the heart of Paris at 16 Rue de la Huchette, just steps away from the iconic Notre Dame cathedral. This delightful spot is a haven for gelato lovers seeking authentic Italian-style ice cream in a vibrant and bustling quartier. The shop’s close proximity to one of Paris’s most lively areas makes it a perfect stop for both locals and tourists wandering the city.

The menu at Amorino presents a refined selection of artisanal delights, ranging from rich cafe brews and indulgent chocolates to an array of beautifully crafted gelatos. Their pistachio ice cream stands out for its creamy texture and genuine flavor, complemented by innovative offerings such as the Amorino Chocolat Black. Those with a sweet tooth will also appreciate the gelato-filled macarons, available in classic and grand formats, blending traditional French patisserie with cold indulgence.

A highlight of the experience is the signature rose-shaped ice cream cones. Crafted by hand, these floral presentations elevate the simple joy of eating gelato into an artistic moment. Regular visitors, like Silvana Jara, mention the personal touch of the staff who expertly shape each flower, adding warmth and professionalism to the visit.

The shop’s space, although intimate and often bustling, embodies the energetic spirit of Parisian neighborhoods. While seating is limited, the lively atmosphere encourages guests to savor their treats on the move, soaking in the street buzz. This setting resonates well with travelers and ice cream aficionados eager to sample high-quality gelato without fuss.

Amorino also offers an inviting range of cold beverages, including l’Affogato Al Caffé—a harmonious blend of espresso and gelato—and vegan shakes crafted fresh with oat or almond milk, catering thoughtfully to diverse preferences. For those who crave more intricate desserts, options such as the Dado Gelato cubes—combining gelato with a fine chocolate coating and crunchy hazelnut accents—bring texture and depth to the palate.

Overall, Amorino serves as a delightful destination for anyone seeking genuine Italian gelato flavors amidst the charm of Paris. From the expertly crafted ice cream to the friendly and skilled staff, the experience delivers both taste and visual delight. Though the shop can become busy and space limited, its artistic presentation and quality bring visitors back time and again—making it a must-visit for anyone exploring Paris’s culinary scene.

Everytime I go to Paris, my must stop is Amorino ! Just three blocks from Notre Dame cathedral, and in one of the most lively quartier in Paris. Here, the gelato a l'italienne, it's so good. Plus the fact that the responsable herself makes your rose shape ice cream, makes the experience even greater! I'm lucky to meet Sue almost every time I go to the boutique, she is very kind, and she is a Pro !

They have a great selection of ice cream, the ice cream is very flavorful and tasty. It really helped with the heatwave that day in Paris, the prices are decent and the ice creams are shaped as a flower. I liked it overall. It’s worth a try.

Ice cream tastes really good, especially the pistachio ones! So if you are an ice cream lover, you should definitely visit this place. There are some flower-like ice cream cones which are tasteful and beautiful. I enjoyed having them. The ice cream shop itself is packed, and there is not much place to sit in, as it almost seems disorganized. I don't feel it would be a nice idea to visit when there are a lot of people.

AMAZING!! loved the ”chocolate hazelnut ” ice cream sooo much. The texture is a classic Italian ice cream thick and fresh. Vanilla was just fine but u have to try the chocolate hazelnut if you are a big Nutella fan like me.

Amorino Paris was honestly one of the best places we had ice cream during our trip. The gelato was incredibly tasty and full of flavour. I had the mango, and it was exactly how mango ice cream should taste, fresh, fruity, and naturally sweet. My partner went for the pistachio, and it was hands down the best pistachio gelato I’ve ever tried. Rich, , full and creamy.
